- NFNastaran F1 day ago1.0The worst agency ever. Avoid renting with them as they just want to take money from you in different ways. In my case they tried to support the landlord with no evidence to deduct from our deposit for redecoration receipt. We sent all docs to TDS (deposit insurance) and took our deposit back, but the whole procedure took 4 months. No senior staff or manager in HAART was trying to help us, not even listening. The worst letting experience.

Now estate agents recieve a lot of stick but from the outset they were professional amd honest. I had a lot of estate agents value my property amd we viewed quite a lot and after meeting Danny i knew for sure they were the company inwas going to use, he was professional amd homest and so so effiecent at getting it on the market. I would recommemd to everyone, the process Is so stressful we all know that but they made it so much easier.

He's also a very courteous and professional person and every viewing I've had with him has gone smoothly. I had some questions about the property and he promptly got the answers from the seller during the viewing. Thanks for all your help.
